Terms and Conditions: $1,000 Home Depot Gift Card Sweepstakes

 

1. Sponsor: This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Seahawk Remodeling LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Washington (the “Sponsor”).

 

2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Washington State, aged 18 or older at entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings, children) or household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

 

3. Entry Period: Begins January 01, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM PST and ends December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM PST (the “Entry Period”), unless modified by the Sponsor.

 

4. How to Enter: No purchase necessary; odds not improved by purchase. Two entry methods:

 

• Automatic Entry: Request a free in-home estimate via the Sponsor’s website (www.seahawkremodeling.com) during the Entry Period—submit name, email, and phone number. One entry per estimate request.

•  

• Mail-In Entry: Send a 3x5 card with your name, address, email, phone, and “Seahawk Sweepstakes Entry” to: Seahawk Remodeling LLC, PO Box 1012, Snohomish, WA 98291—postmarked by December 31, 2025, received by January 7, 2026. One entry per card/envelope.
  Limit one entry per person per quarterly drawing—multiple entries disqualify.

5. Prize: Four (4) grand prizes—one per quarter—each a $1,000 Home Depot Gift Card (the “Prize”). Approximate retail value: $1,000 per Prize, $4,000 total. Non-transferable, no substitutions or cash equivalents except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners responsible for all taxes/fees.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification: One winner drawn quarterly from all eligible entries received by:

 

• Q1: March 31, 2025 (drawn ~April 15, 2025).

• Q2: June 30, 2025 (drawn ~July 15, 2025).

•  

• Q3: September 30, 2025 (drawn ~October 15, 2025).

•  

• Q4: December 31, 2025 (drawn ~January 15, 2026).
  Random drawing by Sponsor; odds depend on entries per quarter. Winners notified via email/phone within 7 business days—must respond within 7 days or forfeit; alternate drawn if needed.

7. Conditions: Entry binds participants to these rules and Sponsor’s decisions (final). Sponsor may disqualify tampering or violations. Sweepstakes may be suspended/modified if compromised (e.g., fraud, technical issues)—winners drawn from prior entries.

 

8. Release: Participants release Sponsor, affiliates, and agents from liability for participation or Prize use—Sponsor not liable for technical errors, unauthorized actions, or injuries.

 

9. Governing Law: Washington State law applies—disputes resolved in Snohomish County courts.

 

10. Winner List: Send self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor by February 15, 2026, received by February 22, 2026.

 

11. General: Rules amendable by Sponsor without notice—participation indicates acceptance.
